This is the 'Tobacco Road' pattern from the More Laps From Fats book. I am calling mine Butterscotch Sundae. I made it for my DH and just finished piecing in today...now to do the fun part, quilting.
For a change of pace these are some flowers made from felted wool I am experimenting with making. They are a fun small project to stick on a jacket, sweater, shawl, purse....there must be something I can put them on...LOL!

OK it isn't a quilt, but a UFO I finally finished. Yippee! Grouted my mosaic bowling ball today to put in my garden. Just have to put some clear sealer on it and outside it goes. I love finishing projects, now if I could finish the 5 quilts and the sweater I have in the works I would be happy. Stay tuned, this is the summer of finishing all I have started. Wish me luck!!

Finished and gifted so now I can post this to my blog. This a baby quilt for a very special new mom-to-be. Their first 'child' is a wonderful black and white great dane named Stanley...so of course I had to include Stanley in the quilt for their first human child. This is my first quilt done without any sort of pattern...just my crazy vision of what I thought it should maybe look like. A learning experience in a big way...LOL! And yea!!!! she likes it!!
