Amy's Creative Side is again doing her on-line quilt festival. This is a wonderful quilt show that is not to be missed. What could be better than going to a quilt show in the comfort of your own home. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and settle in to enjoy the
show. While your here though...this is my entry a quilt I made for a friend to give her daughter for Christmas. It show cases darling pictures her daughter drew on material when she was 4 yrs old. It also has parts of her favorite tie-dyed t-shirts she had outgrown but saved because she liked them so much. The background and the backing are soft flannel. I loved working on this quilt. It was an honor and privilege to find a way to showcase her artwork as a child, incorporate the shirts she loved and make it usable for her now. Enjoy the show!
